01 · Our Thesis
Group 24 Ventures is not a fund. We are operators. We build consumer brands in-house, incubate brands with founders who have the drive but need the structure, and acquire brands that have plateaued and need a disciplined operator to unlock what is next.
The model compounds in layers. First, we become exceptional brand operators through our own in-house builds. Then a growth partner. Then a brand incubator. Then an acquisition engine. Every stage funds the next.
We chose Thailand deliberately. This market has the manufacturing infrastructure, consumer sophistication, and regional distribution access into 700 million people that most founders haven't mapped yet. The opportunity here is real and largely unclaimed.

Thailand specifically has produced centimillionaires through consumer goods. That is not an accident. It is a function of market depth, manufacturing capability, and regional distribution access that most operators haven't mapped yet. We have.
